     Terms and Conditions 

Mobile Paint & Sip Events 

• Minimum deposit must be received prior to the event to secure date and time. Amount payable forms part of the total after the balance is received. Tentative dates are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
   
• Balance payable no later than 72 hours (3 days) prior to the event date and time to CONFIRM the session.
   
• Failure to pay balance by the due date without prior written approval from Imagine Ink will result in session cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.
  
• Minimum deposit for a 3 hour session = $275 +GST)
  DM for quotes for parties for 30 or more.
  
   

Imagine Ink will supply...

Canvases, easels, paint, brushes, pallets, water jars, paper goods, table cloths, aprons, professional art teacher, and a 3 hour step-by-step guided session with clean-up.
 

OPTIONAL customised artwork design - for an additional fee, Imagine Ink can design an artwork inspired by your party theme, hobbies, favourite animal, sporting team, occupation, food, cocktail etc
 

Client / Host supplies...

Location, tables and chairs, food & beverages, access to water and sink for clean-up, 

Rescheduling, Cancellations and Refunds 

***Individual tickets sold to private events are non-refundable***

●  Sessions can be rescheduled to a future time and date within one (1) calendar month (and deposit transferred) at the discretion of Imagine Ink, on condition that a minimum of 48 hours notice is given in writing by the client to Imagine Ink (subject to schedule availability).
 

●  Events CANCELLED by the client within 48 hours of a confirmed booking will forfeit 100% of the deposit paid.
 

●  Events CANCELLED by the client within one week prior to the event date (but not less than 48 hours) will be refunded 50% of any deposit paid within 24 hours of written notification to Imagine Ink..
 

●  Events CANCELLED by the client with a minimum of one week (7 days) notice of the scheduled event will receive a 100% refund of any monies paid to Imagine Ink, within one week of written notification. Payment refunded via the same method.
 

●  Imagine Ink reserves the right to cancel a session at any time.
 

●  Sessions will be canceled immediately and without notice if the security and safety of Imagine Ink employees and/or its property are compromised. No refunds will be issued and the police will be notified if necessary.
 

●  Reimbursement for the damage to the property of Imagine Ink by the client or their guests is the responsibility of the client and an invoice will be issued for the total amount. 

*Imagine Ink Gold Coast and its employees take no responsibility for damages to personal property of it's guests and hosts.  Artists are encouraged to wear something they won't mind getting paint on in the event of a splash or spillage.  

We work with fast-drying acrylic paint which will permanently mark fabric if not treated immediately.

Art Commissions

• Minimum 50% deposit to be paid prior to commencement of artwork.
• Balance to be paid no later than one(1) week prior to completion and collection/delivery. 
• Images and design remain the intellectual property of Imagine Ink Gold Coast and Juliet Grace and cannot be copied or reproduced without the written consent of the artist, Juliet Grace. The artist reserves the right to reproduce and sell prints of the original artwork.
• Changes to the design after the deposit is paid and work has commenced are subject to the approval and discretion of the artist, and may incur additional costs.
• The design, size and timing of completed artwork  will be presented in writing  (invoice) by Imagine Ink prior to commencement of artwork. Payment of 50% deposit will confirm details.
